Last weekend we took a trip with Shana, Kyal, Trish, Jesse and Trish's family to Siracusa. It was a special trip for the girls, since we just finished studying the life and ministry of Paul. Paul spent a couple days shipwrecked in Siracusa, and we visited a church where they believe Paul preached while he was there. We also saw the San Giovanni catacombs that are right next to the church. Cool trip!
The first place we visited was an old castle that was destroyed in an earthquake.
